If you make a reservation on the Platforms, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt at the email address provided at the time of purchase. Chicago Be Free Tours LLC does not offer physical tickets. If you make advance reservations, your name will be on the guest list upon arrival. Subject to availability, you may make a reservation with a tour guide. Many tours sell out.
1.2 RESERVATION VALIDITY AND SEATING
A reservation entitles you to join Chicago Be Free Tours LLC for the specific tour option, date and time stated on your confirmation. All seating on the bus is general and is on a first-come first-serve basis. Joint seating is not guaranteed.
1.3 AGE
In order to purchase the products and services using the payment method displayed on the Platforms, you must be 13 years of age or older. By using the Platforms, you confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into the conditions of use for the Platforms and to use the Platforms in accordance with all the Terms and Conditions. The chauffeur may deviate from any described tour route if reasonably necessary for the safety or comfort of the passengers.
1.6 BUSES AND SAFETY
If circumstances are deemed dangerous or unsafe, Chicago Be Free Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole discretion. You may reschedule your tour or you shall be entitled to a full or partial refund of the price of your ticket if Chicago Be Free Tours LLC is unable to provide a Service for your tour date and time. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@chicagobefreetours.com. However, Chicago Be Free Tours LLC shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, nor shall it be liable, for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of the Services if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
All customers are required to remain seated while the bus is in motion.
You understand that known hazards exist during a tour experience, including without limitation, slipping or falling, getting on and off the bus, sidewalks and potholes, weather, exposure to the elements, acts of God, collisions with vehicles or other objects, and suffering any type of accident or illness without easy access to medical facilities and other perils. These and other similar risks may result in injury, illness or death. By participating on Chicago Be Free Tours LLC, you expressly assume all risk of injury, death or damage arising as a result of such hazards.

You hereby acknowledge that Chicago Be Free Tours LLC may take photographs or videos during any of the Services and you consent, for the purposes of the Data Protection Act of 1998 and any other relevant legislation, law or regulation, to any such photographs which include images of you being used in Chicago Be Free Tours LLC’s marketing and promotional materials, including on the Platforms. Chicago Be Free Tours LLC may use these photographs and videos without any charge or fee whatsoever.
1.11 CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Chicago Be Free Tours LLC may remove any person from a Service if it deems his or her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his or her safety or to the safety of other passengers.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited during the tour at all times. Chicago Be Free Tours LLC reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who appears to be intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise may present a safety or nuisance concern.
Explosives, flammables, firearms, weapons, illegal substances and other dangerous property are prohibited and may be confiscated by Chicago Be Free Tours LLC. Chicago Be Free Tours LLC shall have no further liability in this regard.
You shall not receive a refund if you are refused admittance or removed from any tour.

In addition, Chicago Be Free Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation, including the price, at any time prior to guest check-in if the reservation includes or was made.

The terms and conditions of any transportation services provided by bus companies shall be as represented by those third parties.
